Recreation
The town's pride and joy is Peachland Park, located off U.S. 74 adjacent to the former Peachland Elementary School. The park was financed by a matching grant from the NCDENR Parks and Recreation Trust Fund, but was a total community effort by the town's citizens. The park includes a paved walking trail, a baseball field, a soccer field, playground equipment, restrooms and picnic shelters.

Rules and Regulations: - Payment is expected in advance - Facilities are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis - No Refunds/Rescheduling will be required within 30 days - No alcoholic beverages are permitted - No gas grills (charcoal grills are provided) - No fires - No inflatable play equipment - Clean up is the responsibility of renter - All trash is to be placed in bags in rollout carts Deposit: A $25.00 deposit is required for a restroom key. The deposit will be refunded when the key is returned. Restrooms will be inspected after each rental. Peachland Community Building
The Peachland Community Building is available for rent by families and organizations. The building holds 65 people and has a small kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave oven.
Rules and Regulations: - Payment of $150 is expected in advance - Facilities are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis - No refunds - Rescheduling will be required within 30 days - No alcoholic beverages are permitted Deposit: A $50 deposit is required. The deposit will be refunded after the building has been inspected and the key is returned. Clean up is the responsibility of the renter.
