Advanced clerical, administration and financial work for town. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing operations of town hall, draft correspondence for mayor, council and planning committee, record and transcribe minutes, legal notices and maintain official records, preparation and maintaining budget, accounts payable and receivable. Position requires a self-starter with knowledge of payables, receivables, budget administration, computer skills, zoning, government forms and regulations. Applicant must pass a background check and drug test. Salary commensurate with experience and/or education. Position vacant until filled.
